Milestone Session What to Expect
Your milestone session will take place at our home studio. The studio is white & bright, filtering through beautiful soft natural light. The studio is also equipped with heating to ensure your little one's comfort during their session.
Our milestone sessions are all about capturing your baby's beautiful expressions, rolls, sits and stumbles! Essentially your little bub will sit and play, crawl, or cake smash it's way through the session and we will be there to document those joyous authentic moments! You will receive a style guide before the shoot to help you select an outfit. We also have a few outfits in studio for your to choose from.
After a cake smash, we offer a warm baby bubble bath (using baby sensitive bubble bath), which not only helps clean up but also makes for amazing photographs. Milestone sessions last about 20 - 30 minutes where we aim to capture your babies natural expressions as we celebrate their milestone through play and fun interaction.
After your session you will receive your photo selections via email on an online gallery within 1-2 days. From there you will view and select your favorites that will go through to editing. Your final gallery will be delivered digitally within 1 - 2 weeks after your milestone session. You can purchase extra images or upgrade to our digital plus, treasure or display packages at any time after your session. We can also customize a print package according to your needs.
What to Pack?
For sitters please bring a few of your child's favorite toys to play with or catch their attention during the session.
Bring along the outfit selected for the session that they can put on in studio.
For cake smash sessions please bring an extra pair of clothing for afterward the session.
Ensure that you have diapers, wipes and an extra feed for your baby if and when required.
For cake smash sessions you will have to provide the cake.
