Motherhood Session What to Expect

Your motherhood session will take place at our home studio. The studio is white & bright, filtering through beautiful soft natural light and offers complete privacy for those intimate moments. The studio is also equipped with heating to ensure your little one's comfort during their session.

Our motherhood sessions are all about capturing the beautiful love and connection that you have with your baby. During your sessions you will be directed into loose poses as to where to stand or sit, but generally you will just play with your baby and we will document all those intimate moments that you would usually have with your baby throughout the day. You can also include more than one child and your partner in these sessions.

These mini sessions run 20 - 30 minutes and is the perfect opportunity for you to update your family portraits! You will receive a style guide before the shoot to help you select an outfit and coordinate your family's wardrobe accordingly. We also have a few newborn - 12 month outfits in studio for your to choose from.

After your session you will receive your photo selections via email on an online gallery within 1-2 days. From there you will view and select your favorites that will go through to editing. Your final gallery will be delivered digitally within 1 - 2 weeks after your motherhood session. You can purchase extra images or upgrade to our digital plus, treasure or display packages at any time after your session. We can also customize a print package according to your needs.

What to Pack?

• Bring a few of your child's favorite toys to play with or catch their attention during the session.

• Bring along the outfit selected for the session that you can put on in studio.

• Ensure that you have diapers, wipes and an extra feed for your baby if and when required.
